Worst customer service ever. Owner called and yelled at me to come pick up my door or cancel after I already paid delivery fee AND tip. He told me to get my own refund and hung up the phone. Never

Ordered salmon sushi came as frozen slabs of salmon no sushi rice at all, used some rice from main entree. Was very gross

Paced order at 8:09pm received cold food at 10:04pm. Combination tempura had 3 shrimp,very little batter,and soggy. Sushi tasted like hand sanitizer and was missing the fish eggs.Walnut Shrimp dry.

I asked for brown rice in my fried rice. I was charged $3 cash when I picked up instead of on the website And it was specified CASH, not my card I had paid the bill with.

Food was great as always, but they YET AGAIN forgot a significant part of the food that was to be delivered. I was supposed to get THREE boxes of rice; he brought none. EVERY time I order, something is forgotten and it's a real hassle to get it delivered. I need to find a different restaurant.

We order from Golden Phoenix often. EVERY time they deliver, there is always at least one dish missing. We must then wait for the driver to return with the rest of the order. Every time we get the Chow Mein, they include chicken despite asking for PLAIN/vegetarian Chow Mein. It is better to eat in their restaurant. The food IS tasty, albeit over-priced.

This site was very easy to use. Everything was laid out and easy to follow. I clicked on an item to add to cart, filled out the delivery information, chose the % of tip I wanted, chose my pmt. method ans submitted my order. My order was delivered hot and DELICIOUS!! Love the service.

As always, I love the food. However, the ordering process failed us again. We wanted to utilize the "order $50, get $12 off", but every time I tried to click that option, it only gave me $3 off. So in the end, we just ordered less food since the $12 discount was never legitimately offered.

There are a few items that are really great with lots of flavor. those being, the Hot & Sour Soup, The White Meat Orange Chicken, Veggie Mushu, Fillet of Fish Black Bean Sauce. the free Orange chicken was mixed meat, with lots of breading and fat, would not order it again even if it's free with 60. purchase. Also the Mongolian Beef tasted like liver, not very good at all. The Post stickers were a disappointment this time too, no flavor, kinda dried out, blah. Braised string beans not very good either, plain mushy and won't order these again.

My mother raves about the "free with $30 purchase" Chicken/Crab Puffs. If these were added to the menu we would order from here more often.

Taste of their food is often fantastic, but about 20% of the time it's substandard. This time the Tofu dish was awful, and it did not fill the to-go packaging all the way. This restaurant is notorious for messing up your order if you order more than three or four entrees. We used to order quite a few entrees and sides from them (they are very close and 80% of the time are delicious), but they almost always seemed to skip one or two full entrees but still kept our money. When they run out of two-liter sodas, they replace it with three cans only. They are MUCH BETTER if you dine in. You can hold them accountable.
